Popular Menu Items

The Hard Rock Café showcases the best of American food classics like steaks, burgers, and smokehouse meats. A large selection of appetizers is perfect for groups to share. Lighter fare such as salads and seafood offers something for those on special diets.

A kid’s menu helps parents find smaller portions and adds to the family friendly environment. And, don’t forget to save room for dessert!

Here are a few of our favorites from the menu that we are sure you will enjoy:

Jumbo Combo

If you are dining with a crowd, this great starter is the one to try. It is a huge platter of various appetizers on the menu including Tupelo chicken tenders, potato skins, Southwest spring rolls, chicken wings and onion rings. Plenty to share and flavors to please anyone in your group. $19.95.

Southern Salad

This is our favorite entrée salad on the menu because the flavor is deep and the portion is very satisfying. Kale and field greens are gently mixed with a cider vinaigrette and then topped with pickles, tomatoes, roasted corn and hard-boiled egg and crispy fried chicken.

Crisp candied bacon and praline pecans add crunch and a touch of sweetness. The dressing is a special house made twist on a BBQ Ranch. $13.95.

Cowboy Ribeye

There are plenty of American classics on the menu for a great main course. Make sure you check out this steak which is a 16-ounce slab of aged USDA choice beef grilled to your specifications and served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. $31.95.

Chocolate Molten Cake

Make sure to keep a little room for this warm and rich chocolate dessert. Baked just for you, this cake is filled with a warm gooey center and served with vanilla ice cream and a Ghirardelli® caramel sauce. $7.95.

Hard Rock Café’s History

Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton opened the first Hard Rock Café in London in 1971. The founders were American, but were frustrated with the lack of good hamburgers to be found in the English city. The iconic logo of the brand was developed by famous artist Alan Aldridge, who also did a good bit of work for the Beatles.

A global expansion of the chain did not start until 1982 with the first locations expanding to America, Canada, France and Germany. The music memorabilia that makes up the décor in most locations was a collection that started in 1979 with a signed Eric Clapton guitar hung over his regular spot at the original location. Further collections have been added over the years from various purchases and donations.

The Hard Rock Café is currently owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida with exception of a handful of locations that are independently owned. There are also hotels and resorts that share the Hard Rock theme.
