Your lovely lady servers are clad in plaid kilts and bras, accessorized with tied white shirts. If feels very 90s Britney Spears to me – and I was a 90s kid, so I consider that a good thing.

- Potato Boxty: Potato pancake with julienne and mashed potatoes and scallions, grilled and topped with your choice of mushroom and Swiss or pork and BBQ.
- Buffalo Chicken Dip: Spicy buffalo dip served with potato chips.
- Whiskey Beef: Irish whiskey marinated beef skewers, served with spicy mustard and a lager demi glaze.
- Celtic Poutine/Disco Fries: Thin cut fries topped with cheese curds, bacon and Samuel Adams demi glaze.
